Yes. Every repair is covered by a warranty. Its duration depends on the equipment and the work carried out, typically 3–6 months.

You can call us, contact us on WhatsApp or use the service request form. Describe the problem and, where possible, send photographs of the equipment.

Yes. The equipment must be properly protected for transport and include your contact details. After the repair, we will return it to the address you provide.

Diagnostics are free if you proceed with the repair. Otherwise, an assessment fee may apply.

We use original parts or proven, high-quality alternatives, depending on availability, the equipment and the client's preference.

    Technical diagnostics

    We carry out an initial assessment remotely or on site. If needed, we arrange transport to our service centre in Wrocław.

    Repair and testing

    Once you approve the scope and cost, we carry out the required repair and test the equipment.

    Warranty and support

    You receive a warranty on the work carried out. We also provide technical support after the repair.
