A new customer from Prague brought a cosmetic laser device to Laser Tech Service after discovering a coolant leak in the handpiece hose assembly.

The customer also requested reassembly of the loose handpiece and treatment head, replacement of the worn corrugated protective sleeve, and a complete maintenance service.
Diagnosis
During inspection, our technicians discovered that the flexible cooling tubes inside the protective sleeve had deteriorated and lost their integrity. Material ageing and repeated bending during normal operation were considered possible contributing factors.
Repair and maintenance
We replaced the damaged cooling tubes, installed a new protective sleeve, and carefully reassembled the handpiece and treatment head to restore a secure fit.
The device also received internal dust cleaning, general maintenance, and fresh coolant.
Outcome and warranty
After servicing, the equipment was checked and confirmed to be operational, with the leak resolved.
Laser Tech Service provides a six-month warranty on the completed repair work.
