Poor suction performance
A rehabilitation studio in Wrocław contacted Laser Tech Service after experiencing problems with its NUBWAY NBW-VSIII body treatment machine.
The vacuum handpieces were producing insufficient suction, preventing the equipment from operating correctly during vacuum massage treatments.
Our technicians visited the client's premises to diagnose and repair the problem.
Diagnosis and repair
During inspection of the vacuum system, the technicians identified a malfunctioning vacuum release valve. This component controls the release of negative pressure within the vacuum circuit.
The valve was removed, thoroughly cleaned and repaired to restore its proper operation.
Instead of replacing the entire component, our technicians were able to restore the existing valve. This approach reduced the repair cost and avoided unnecessary replacement of a repairable part.
Result
After the repair, the vacuum system returned to normal operation, and the treatment handpieces regained their proper suction performance.
The equipment was restored without replacing the complete valve assembly.
