Vacuum and RF were not working
We received a device for diagnostics: Beauty Planet 3D Contour, a multifunctional aesthetic system used, among other applications, for body contouring treatments.
The problem concerned one treatment handpiece. During operation, neither the vacuum system nor the RF function worked.
Both the handpiece itself and its connection to the device needed checking.
DIAGNOSTICS
Handpiece power supply problem
During diagnostics, we checked handpiece operation and the functions dependent on its power supply.
We established that the handpiece was not receiving power correctly. As a result, the vacuum and RF functions did not work.

Checking handpiece functions
After repair, we checked the functions responsible for handpiece operation.
The Beauty Planet 3D Contour allows vacuum levels and RF parameters to be adjusted directly through its interface.
After restoring the correct power supply, we tested the repaired functions.

The serviced unit was a Beauty Planet 3D Contour. According to its rating plate, it operates at 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz and has an input power rating of 1200 VA.
It is a multifunctional aesthetic system with several treatment technologies and a set of interchangeable handpieces.
This repair concerned the handpiece using vacuum and RF.

Vacuum and RF working correctly again
After identifying the cause, we repaired the handpiece and restored correct operation.
We tested the vacuum system and RF function after completing the work.
The device was checked after servicing and its repaired functions could be used again.
