SERVICE REQUEST

Weak suction and no RF heating

For this job, we travelled directly to a beauty studio in Lublin.

The customer reported two problems. The first was significantly reduced suction — the device drew weakly and could not generate the correct vacuum.

The second fault was a lack of heating from the RF element. One connection terminal was damaged, preventing proper contact in the circuit responsible for RF operation.

DIAGNOSTICS

We dismantled the device and checked the vacuum system

After removing the housing, we began diagnosing the components responsible for generating vacuum.

The problem was located in the pump. One of its components was cracked and leaking, causing vacuum loss and preventing the device from achieving the correct suction.

We also thoroughly inspected the hoses, connections and condition of the device interior.

VACUUM SYSTEM

Repairing and sealing the pump

After locating the leak, we repaired the damaged pump component and resealed it.

The entire system was then cleaned and checked again.

Resolving the leak restored correct vacuum generation and improved suction handpiece operation.

RF CONNECTION

A damaged pin prevented heating

The second fault concerned the connection between the RF element and the device.

One connector pin was damaged, preventing correct contact, and the RF element did not heat during operation.

The damaged connection was repaired. We soldered in a new contact, repaired the connector and checked connection stability.
