## Service scope
### RF generator and control electronics repair
Diagnostics of the generator, power components and controls. Circuit board repair and operational checks after the work.
### RF handpiece and applicator repair
Checks of cables, connectors and contacts. Replacement of damaged connections and compatible handpiece components.
### RF microneedling mechanism repair
In microneedling models, we check needle extension, drives, sensors and control electronics. We test the mechanism after repair. We repair microneedling mechanism controls.
### RF parameter checks and calibration
We check generator stability and measure output using an appropriate instrument. Adjustment or calibration is performed where provided for by the model's manufacturer. We diagnose deviations in radiofrequency parameters.
## When diagnostics are needed
We establish the cause by inspecting the specific device.
### No RF energy
The handpiece does not heat or the generator operates unstably.
### Errors and shutdowns
The device reports an error or shuts down during use.
### Damaged connections
The handpiece cable or connector is damaged.
