A Laser Tech Service specialist visited a client in Legnica to service a Sapphire laser. Inspection revealed insufficient coolant. The remaining old fluid was removed, the circuit was refilled with new coolant, and the device was cleaned and its operation checked after start-up.

## Problem: insufficient coolant

Inspection during the service visit revealed insufficient fluid in the cooling circuit. This was the confirmed condition before maintenance. The reported work did not establish the reason for the fluid loss, so we do not attribute it to a leak or damage to a specific component.
