An urgent on-site visit to Gliwice for an overheating diode laser. A cracked fitting near the water filter was leaking coolant. We replaced the filter and refilled the system with fresh coolant.

## Problem

We received an urgent request from Gliwice about an overheating diode laser used for hair removal. An on-site technician was needed.

## Diagnosis

During the cooling system inspection, our technician identified the cause. A fitting near the water filter had cracked at the connection between the filter and the cooling hose.

Coolant was leaking through the damaged connection, disrupting normal cooling of the equipment.

## Work performed

During the emergency service visit, we replaced the damaged water filter and refilled the system with fresh coolant.

## Result

The laser is working again. This failure highlights the importance of regularly checking filters and cooling system connections for leaks.
