The problem concerned one treatment handpiece. During operation, neither the **vacuum system** nor the **RF function worked**. We established that the handpiece **was not receiving power correctly**. As a result, the vacuum and RF functions did not work. - incorrect power supply to the handpiece - vacuum system not operating - RF function not operating - handpiece electrical connections requiring inspection ## Checking handpiece functions After repair, we checked the functions responsible for handpiece operation. The Beauty Planet 3D Contour allows vacuum levels and RF parameters to be adjusted directly through its interface. According to its rating plate, it operates at 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz and has an input power rating of 1200 VA. It is a multifunctional aesthetic system with several treatment technologies and a set of interchangeable handpieces. This repair concerned the handpiece using vacuum and RF. ## Vacuum and RF working correctly again After identifying the cause, we repaired the handpiece and restored correct operation. We tested the vacuum system and RF function after completing the work.
