## RF handpiece cooling circuit problem

Laser Tech Service serviced an **Alma Accent** at the customer's premises in **Görlitz, Germany**.

During diagnostics, we focused on the RF handpiece and the water supply components.

After dismantling the handpiece, we found damage to the hose supplying it with water. The hose was broken or damaged **in three places**.

## Damaged water supply hose

Opening the handpiece gave us access to the hoses inside it.

Inspection showed that the RF handpiece water supply hose was damaged at three separate points.

- dismantling the RF handpiece housing

- inspecting the hoses inside the handpiece

- locating three damaged points in the hose

- checking the water circuit connections

- preparing the handpiece for hose replacement

## Replacing the damaged cooling hose

The damaged hose was removed and replaced with a new part.

During fitting, we paid attention to correct routing inside the handpiece housing and proper connection of the hose.

After the work, the handpiece was reassembled and the water supply system checked.

## Checking the device after repair

After replacing the hose and reassembling the handpiece, we checked the connections and water circulation.

The repair restored correct operation of the RF handpiece cooling system.
